Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool

You will support infants’ holistic development through respectful relationships, a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and strong partnerships with families. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, contributing to centre initiatives, and engaging in continuous learning and reflective practice.

As a Trainee Preschool Educator, you will support the care, learning, and development of children aged 18 months to 6 years through age-appropriate teaching and caregiving activities. You will help deliver a balanced curriculum, work collaboratively with the teaching team, and ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.

Successful candidates will undergo a fully sponsored training programme with a monthly allowance. Upon completion, you will be appointed as a full-time, certified Preschool Educator, subject to a company bond.
