Centre Leader / Principal

As the Centre Leader / Principal, you will provide strategic leadership to build a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning. You will oversee centre operations, drive programme excellence through effective systems, model the centre’s mission and values, and support the well-being and professional growth of all staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously enhance centre operations in compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead the development of effective classroom management strategies using best practices beyond the centre level
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the learning environment

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool
Preschool Educator

As a Preschool Educator, you will support the holistic development of children aged 18 months to 6 years through engaging, well-planned learning experiences. You will nurture language, numeracy, creativity, motor, and social-emotional skills while ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for every child to thrive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously enhance centre operations in full compliance with regulatory requirements and Star Learners’ standard operating procedures.
  • Uphold and reinforce best practices in health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene across the centre.
  • Actively champion the centre’s vision, mission, and values with staff, families, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching)/
  • Certified by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as a L2 teacher
Infant Educator

We are looking for a caring and committed Infant Educator to provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for young children. You will support infants’ holistic development through respectful relationships, a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and strong partnerships with families. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, contributing to centre initiatives, and engaging in continuous learning and reflective practice.

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants
  • Support holistic development through developmentally appropriate practices
  • Build trusting partnerships with parents and families

 

Requirements

  • ACEY, HCIC, CIT, or equivalent qualification
Trainee Preschool Educator

As a Trainee Preschool Educator, you will support the care, learning, and development of children aged 18 months to 6 years through age-appropriate teaching and caregiving activities. You will help deliver a balanced curriculum, work collaboratively with the teaching team, and ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.

Successful candidates will undergo a fully sponsored training programme with a monthly allowance. Upon completion, you will be appointed as a full-time, certified Preschool Educator, subject to a company bond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teaching, learning, and caregiving
  • Observe and support children’s development
  • Apply health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards
  • Work with colleagues and families to support children’s learning

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen, aged 18 and above
  • Meets minimum academic requirements as recognised by relevant authorities
  • Three or 5 ‘O’level
