    For any personal data provided regarding a child under the age of 13, we require and assume that the individual providing such data is the parent or legal guardian with the authority to give consent on the child’s behalf. <\/span>In the event of a medical emergency where consent cannot be obtained in a timely manner, we may collect and use personal data as necessary to respond to the situation in the best interest of the child.<\/b><\/p>\n

      The purposes listed above may continue to apply for a reasonable period even after our relationship with you has ended, where necessary for administrative, legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n
